Seamus joined SmartBin in early 2009, having been a successful serial technology entrepreneur. He has wide experience in the development of industry-leading technology products with companies in the USA and Ireland. Seamus has also managed the outsourcing of manufacturing of electronic products to Eastern Europe and China. He is currently non-executive Director of Technology with Excelsys Technologies Ltd., a company he founded in 2000 to develop specialized power conversion equipment for critical medical applications. He holds BE and MBA degrees from UCD and a MS Masters degree in Power Electronics from the California Institute of Technology.

Alan has 25 years’ experience heading up sales divisions of some of the world’s largest electronic manufacturing solutions (EMS) providers, and has brought to SmartBin a particular expertise in progressive business development strategies. Alan has held positions as Vice President of Business Development with two of the world’s leading EMS providers, Flextronics International Corporation and Sanmina SCI, where he was responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle and achieving ever-increasing annual sales revenues.  Alan, as Director of Business Devlopment at SmartBin, is totally committed to placing the customer at the heart of all SmartBin decisions on development and rollout of our innovative solutions.

David joined SmarBin in January 2011 and brings a wealth of technical experience to the business. With over 16 years experience working with start-up organisations, SME's and larger companies, his primary role is developing the software and visualisations that impact directly on how SmartBin's technology helps companies realise their potential. He is directly involved in a constant process of evaluating the needs of our wide range of client industries and designing solutions that meet their needs.

Tomasz joined SmartBin in July 2011. He is involved in core development of SmartBin software products, implementing new features and enforcing continous imporvement to existing software and web products. His focus in on exploiting benefits of object oriented engineering to bring unprecedented value to our development process.

Peter Murphy has brought nearly 30 years of commercial expertise to the organisation.  Prior to joining the SmartBin team, Peter's career exposed him to experience in a broad range of industry sectors, including Pre-Print Origination, Construction Supplies, Software solutions, and Document Management Services. Since joining SmartBin, Peter has taken a particular interest in the SmartBin Secure Document Solutions, and in addition to his Financial Control responsibilities and activities, Peter has developed a number of ROI financial models that demonstrate the savings and value-add benefits of several of our company's solutions.

Frank joined SmartBin in early 2007, having consulted and collaborated with the company for many years on innovative solutions for telemetry applications. Frank is a widely known expert on telematics, mobile technologies and RFID systems. He was the first engineer to integrate RFID tag readers into security products in Ireland. Frank's RFID system designs have been manufactured under license by Chubb (Holland), Status (UK), CQR (UK), Noralsy (France), Hedengren (Finland) and others.

Gosia has brought to SmartBin several years experience in marketing of GreenTech technology products with companies in Ireland and Poland. She has worked in various multinational environments including construction, transport, PR and technology.  During her professional career, she has organised and managed a number of high-profile international marketing events for companies in the environment sector. Gosia holds a Masters Degree in Linguistics and has received an MBA diploma from the Polish-American Management Centre in Lodz, Poland.
