SB103 Order Requirements Form

SB104 Order Delivery Process

SB106 Install Record Form

This form is used to record the details of where each Sensor is installed. Also, it is used to record details of the Sites where each Bins is located. For the Map Viewing option, the coordinates of each site must also be recorded. The form must be returned to SmartBin. Click icon to download in pdf format.
